In reply to Jim, you supply a website link but the backlink simply just opens the Amazon sign on web site and there's no hyperlink while you state to “have them phone you.” I have searched the Amazon web page to find a technique to do what Jim asks about, and even when I click their “Contact Us” link, it merely opens the indicator on page.R
